    This blower has been cleaned and old oil removed. It spins nicely and seems to be mechanically excellent.  You should put fresh oil in and check the vents and drain plugs and expect it to be the work horse you need.  Ask for any additional testing, and rely on our willingness to take this back if you don't find it perfect for your job.
