This is a cool stamp collecting album I believe to be from 1939/1940. IT has some wear around the edges and back cover. No stamps in album a few pages someone has removed stamps that had been fixed in I did not I do not see any stamps in it either. Musty smelling and some page have old page spots. On back cover indention that goes through to a lot of other pages.  Ruler not included.
